Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages). On each visit Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, browser data, request time) and your browser’s preferred language, to show the matching language version — to deliver the site securely; legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes this data as a processor under its data processing agreement (DPA), which is part of its terms of service; Cloudflare determines how long logs are kept.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. The transfer relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), in which Cloudflare participates, and additionally on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Contact form
The data you enter in the form (name, e-mail address, message) is sent through a server function on Cloudflare infrastructure as an e-mail to my mailbox at a European provider (OVH). The website does not store it. I process it solely to reply — legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message concerns entering into a contract.
To limit abuse, the number of submissions per IP address is counted in the Cloudflare cache for no longer than one hour — legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing the data is voluntary; without your name, e-mail address and message I cannot reply. I delete messages once the matter is closed, unless the law requires keeping them longer.
Fonts, cookies and analytics
Fonts are hosted on this website — your browser does not connect to any external font service. This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools; it does not store or read any information on your device (§ 25 TDDDG).
External links
The website contains plain links to LinkedIn and tetes.pl. No data is transferred until you click; from then on, the privacy policy of that site applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent authority for the controller is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA, Ansbach).
Right to object: you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
